We strive for unbeatable customer service, and our goal is to provide you with the product you want. If you don't like it, we'll keep working on it until you do. If you are unsatisfied with the product, we will covering shipping to have it returned to the shop, where we will happily make modifications. However, in order to protect ourselves, we do keep the cost of materials if we have made your item and you decide to cancel all together.
