Shipping Policy

Most of our mosaics are made in the studio, mounted on mesh, tile tape or paper, then shipped to job sites world-wide for installation by our client's tile installers. Our studio is based 20 miles north of New York City, so if your mosaic is within a few hours drive, Modern Mosaic's staff can install it for you.

All pieces made by Modern Mosaic Arts, LLC are shipped with instructions specific to that piece. Because pieces are made to order, they are not refundable or returnable. If your piece arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, you must notify Modern Mosaic Arts, LLC by phone (917-796-6086) within 24 hours of delivery in order to facilitate a replacement order. All custom work requires 50% deposit at time of order. Balance to be paid prior to shipping and installation. Modern Mosaic Arts, LLC will readily work with you to provide all information required prior to placing an order, including color samples.
