Possibly The Most Beautiful Key Rack/Cabinet Ever Made.

$450

The marquetry artwork is ideal to create scenes of wildlife and/or flowers which seems to appeal to most people. The frame was made using curly maple with a figured cherry door. The exquisite, hand picked veneers consist of maple, cherry, birds eye maple and ribbon mahogany and curly/marbled walnut. I can also design a scene more to your ideas using different veneers also. There is also space for note pads and pencils or pens. With a little modification I could also change this into a small cabinet to hold necklaces, earrings and rings. Or, this could also be a spice cabinet in the kitchen.

Richard has been woodworking since grade school. It has always been his passion. He has been featured on the popular PBS show The American Woodshop with Scott and Suzie Phillips and also on the cover of Popular Woodworking magazine. Richard considers his woodworking expertise to be marquetry incorporated into furniture. A lot of his projects also include woodturning. He is close to retirement in which he plans to specialize in grandfather clocks
In his spare time Richard kayaks, backpacks and does non-technical climbing. And believe it or not his main hobby includes going to a club to exercise 5 or 6 days per week.
