Each item is securely packaged and shipped through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. 
* Tracking is included for domestic shipping. 
An email confirmation will be sent once the item is shipped. Shipping fees include shipping and handling.
 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship anywhere in the World! If you do not see your country in the shipping menu, please contact me. Items are shipped through USPS International First Class Mail. Delivery time may be up to 10 days or more. Seller is not responsible for any additional import fees, taxes, VATS, or delays involved in shipping internationally.

For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense.

I take pride in my work. If you receive a product with a defect in the material (if any of the hardware should fail), I will repair it free of charge. If there is a defect in the leather material I will replace the item. This does not include natural marks or slight color variations. All repairs and replacement due to material or craftsmanship defects are available for the first 14 days after delivery. Buyer must return the defected item.

Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. After the design is approved by the customer and production begins, no changes or refunds will be given at that time. 
IMPORTANT FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS: If ordering a Custom Design, please make sure to provide information about your desired project, and contact me prior to ordering so that we may agree on the desired design.

Orders are made-to-order and hand dyed. Please allow for slight color variations from what is seen in the photo. Please pay attention to the production time, as well as the shipping time, in the listing. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance.
