Shipping Methods: Depends on the piece. For pieces that are smaller, we can ship UPS or other carrier. For larger jobs like cabinetry and the like we can discuss it. We would consider delivering within 200 mile radius from Huntsville, AL 35802 We could also making arrangements for shipping to farther away locations You may pick up their furniture by appointment only free of charge. All non-resident orders must be shipped and by us. Shipping cost are extra and at buyer's expense. Furniture ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. Sorry no international shipping or shipping to P.O. Boxes, physical addresses only. I recommend getting a shipping quote BEFORE you purchase so you know what the cost will be. RETURNS: If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, return the furniture to me in it's original packaging and condition freight prepaid within 14 days for a refund of your purchase price. You must contact me prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization Number.
