All furniture is 100% refundable for 30 days, less shipping/packaging expenses. (Happy customers are the reason that we have never had a return.) Custom orders are also returnable for 30 days. Note: All materials are fully cured and 100% natural. It is possible to see small changes develop over years due to moisture levels. These add character and will not harm the functionality of our furniture. However, we are always here to help.
