Any defects or damage that arises from craftsman ship or a product failure will be completely repaired. Gaps and cracks in solid wood furniture can happen over time as the furniture settles into its new environment. We minimize this by using only wood that is at the appropriate moisture content and properly air dried or kiln dried. We stabilize and finish all of our products but we cannot control the sense of humor of Mother Nature. We will always do all we can for our clients and we are always a phone call away. We strive on having repeat clients, its important to us that you are pleased with the custom work we do for each project.
