About Me:

I live in northern California about 3 hours from the Bay Area, Tahoe, and Oregon. It's a nice location, separated away with privacy and cool mountain air, but close enough to cities to have some fun. Wood working has always been a hobby of mine since I can remember. Through the years, I have learned my skill set from my dad and grandfather. They both are incredible wood craftsman and they taught me quite a bit. Over the years my dad and I have built all sorts of wood pieces for family and friends.

My Business:

I will try to build anything a customer asks, however my favorite style which I am most accustomed to is a sort of modern rustic theme. I primarily use red oak, but will use any species and stain color a customer requests. I buy all my materials from a local vendor and I have friends who mill fallen trees for when I need special sized lumber milled. I try to keep money local and support families here.

Quality:

I love a quality wood product that functions as it should; this is mostly the reason I started building more of my own furniture through the years. Before I start milling, I will examine the rough wood and figure out what pieces will work where on the end product. When milling, I take it slow and ensure each piece is square and dimension correctly.
