This is a restaurant level, structural steel, american made Argentine asado grill with side Brasero and repurposed Cast Iron hand wheel from the 1920's. It is 54" long, 28" wide and 70" high. It weighs around 400 pounds.

Starting as a winter hobby in Brooklyn, between full-time jobs as a Photographer and Saltwater Fly-Fishing Guide, I wanted to be more creative and incorporate food and cooking into my day-to-day. Having spent some time fishing and cooking with the famed Argentine Chef Francis Malmann, The Grills, Fire Baskets, and Ovens really drew me into welding and fabricating my own outdoor cookware. I love to design and craft these things, then I like to set them on fire and cook a bunch of different things on them. To cook with wood is to truly taste and feel the nature and science that created us in the first place. Gas Grilling is dead, All hail wood-fired cooking!!
