It has a 4" blade of 1/8" thick 1095 High Carbon Steel. Different handle materials available. The blade is heat treated for edge retention and durability. Choose from a teklock compatible kydex sheath, or a leather sheath. Each knife is made from scratch, by hand.

Fire Creek Forge (home of Elijah Williams Knives) provides quality, one of a kind custom made knives and metal items, hand made from scratch.
I have been making knives for about 20 years. I first got into it after reading a book on knife making at my library, and I taught myself from there, gleaning information from other books, and the web.
Building knives was a good match for another early interest of mine, the outdoors, woods, and back country. I love the idea of being able to walk into a trackless wilderness with only a good knife, and have the skills to live comfortably. I haven't quite reached that level, but I continue to study and practice these skills today, and it serves well to inform my blade design and construction.
I also began forging some years back, and I enjoy making useful and decorative items with the simple and old methods of working iron and steel.

He doesn't just make the product he's a part of it with his collaboration and experience. I wanted a Zombie killing knife that when plunged into their head came through with enough blade left to put an apple on.When I received my knife it was exactly that and more. I was so impressed I nearly soiled myself. The attention to detail was amazing, fare nicer than I anticipated.
