Firecreekforge.Com Mini 'Muk Miniature Nessmuk Versatile Knife Completely Handmade

$250

Visit us at www.firecreekforge.com for my latest hand forged knives. The "Mini 'Muk". This little guy can just about do it all. 3.25" cutting edge with an overall length about 7 3/4". The spine and tang is 1/8" thick. Is the Mini 'Muk a skinning knife? A carving knife? A food prep knife? An "EDC" knife? The answer is yes to all the above, and more. I make the Mini Muk from quality high carbon steel. You can choose from 1095 high carbon steel or O1 tool steel. The Mini 'Muk comes with a quality hand stitched leather sheath. Thank you for shopping Fire Creek Forge.

All knives unless other wise expressly stated are made to order, one of a kind pieces. They will closely resemble what is pictured.

Fire Creek Forge (home of Elijah Williams Knives) provides quality, one of a kind custom made knives and metal items, hand made from scratch.

I have been making knives for about 20 years. I first got into it after reading a book on knife making at my library, and I taught myself from there, gleaning information from other books, and the web.

Building knives was a good match for another early interest of mine, the outdoors, woods, and back country. I love the idea of being able to walk into a trackless wilderness with only a good knife, and have the skills to live comfortably. I haven't quite reached that level, but I continue to study and practice these skills today, and it serves well to inform my blade design and construction.

I also began forging some years back, and I enjoy making useful and decorative items with the simple and old methods of working iron and steel.
