Hero Tea Set

What could be better than having a cuppa tea (or coffee) from a custom painted tea set to remind you of those days before you became your own hero? This set can be created with the following items: Tea (or coffee) pot Cream & Sugar 1 to 6 matching tea cups and saucers Full Disclaimer: It was late, I had been up for days and this was the 3rd "Slytherin" saucer I had painted in the last 24 hours, so I inadvertently spelled it incorrectly. However, the typo wasn't caught until after I fired and photographed. Because of this, I will not paint 2 of the same things back to back or at least in the same sitting.

If you are looking for a unique tea set or a tea pot, I can help you with that! I have been painting tea sets for 4 years. I began with acrylic paints but decided I wanted to make the sets microwave, dishwasher and food safe. I now paint exclusively with ceramic paints that must be fired in a kiln. I am delighted to be able to create something that is unique to you.
I like using bold colors and strong lines, and trying to create different layers that mature in the kiln. Some of my favourite pieces look like stained glass - which is achieved by using specific paints. I am a bit of a perfectionist and will not release a piece until I am completely satisfied with it. After all, it has my name on the bottom.
