We use a local crating company to ensure the safety and care of your furniture for any delivery that is going to be on freight. If you are within 150 miles of our business. We are open to assuring a safe traveling by delivering your piece ourself.

Deposit is non refundable. Furniture will ship after full payment. Because each piece is hand crafted per the customer's specifications there is no refund policy. I make myself 100% available to each of my customers by email, phone or in person, if you are local, to answer any questions. I will send unlimited, detailed photos of each piece and do not ship until my customer is 100% happy with everything. I guarantee the construction of each piece. I truly want my customer to love their custom heirloom piece
