If you purchase one of our "Buy Now" products and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Refund will be issued upon product being received back by us. For custom orders we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds due to the unique nature of every piece. We will always do our best though to manage expectations and remain in dialogue from the conception of a project up to the moment it is delivered in order to assure your happiness with the end result.
