Please check your shipping address is updated/complete in your order. We're not responsible for missing/delays orders during delivery process due to wrong/missing information provided by customers.

Kharygoarts is not liable for STOLEN Packages and will NOT issue refunds nor ship replacing product.
- If you have experienced lost or delayed mail please purchase USPS Priority Mail.
- Packages lost or damaged by USPS. Buyer must file a claim with USPS by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and USPS requires to have an online account.
- Kharygoarts will only assist with filing a claim with USPS for purchases above $100. No refunds and replacing product will issued. We will wait until USPS resolves claim. Usually it can take 5-7 weeks.
- Only USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express mail are insured up to $100.
- USPS First Class Mail is not insured. If lost, stolen or damaged there is nothing Kharygoarts can do.

*Please when placing your order please make sure you add all of your personalization in the notes box of the order and be sure your shipping address is CORRECT.
If the address is not correct, it is your responsibility to change the address with Etsy before purchasing your listing.

All the pieces produced by our store will be published on our pages and store sites, reserving the right to use them only for advertising purposes and to show our work to the general public, as well as photos sent by our clients related to our final product made for them.

From time to time we will advertise our goods using social media sites and platforms. Due to the fact that our goods contain designs that contain characterizations of you or designed piece, you or designed piece may be identifiable on such goods. By submitting your information you consent to us advertising goods containing such designs on such social media sites and platforms. This information will be shared with others in our network on particular social media sites and we will be unable to control how this information is subsequently used once it has been uploaded onto social media platforms. Please refer to any privacy policies relation to the relevant service media provider.

Please note, once submitted , orders cannot be cancelled. I will begin working on your order immediately and my personalization techniques are permanent and therefore orders cannot be returned to inventory. .We accept PayPal and credit cards processed through ProPay. .I will ship internationally, but by regular mail and uninsured. We are not responsible for missing, lost or broken pieces during delivering process.
