Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

Shipping is via priority mail in the US and international priority mail elsewhere and is charged at cost. Larger pieces require a custom made wooden crate which I make in my wood shop and for which I pass along the cost of materials to the buyer. Until the piece is made I can only offer a shipping estimate; your final invoice will reflect actual cost.

There is a $50 non-refundable fee for new designs not already depicted on this site. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Changes made to a design prior after accepting a proposal may result in change of price. While I make every attempt to use represented/requested glass, substitutions may need to be utilized should such glass become unavailable. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
