A handmade stained glass floral panel featuring flower blossoms created with petals made with streaky orange glass with yellow glass for the centers and leaves made with a bright green textured glass. The stems are made with a darker green glass against a background of rainwater glass. I used a purple ripple glass for the border and framed the piece in zinc which I painted with black hammered paint. The solder lines are treated with a patina that turns them black. Black chain is included and this piece comes ready to hang from hooks soldered into the frame. It measures 14 1/2 inches wide by 18 1/4 inches high. The price listed is for this exact piece. It can be resized, recolored and a new price quoted.

My passion is stained glass and I have been working at it for 15 years. The copper foil method associated most closely with Tiffany lamps is what I do because it allows for the delicacy and detail that I prefer.
I was trained years ago by two older gentlemen who had worked for decades in the field doing mostly custom work. It took many years to perfect my cutting and soldering techniques and I did not begin selling to the public until I could be proud of the art that I produced.
I enjoy doing custom panels, working primarily from photos supplied by you, the purchaser. I also offer a variety of ready made pieces for sale.
More than anything I love working with glass and my customers and believe strongly in delivering great customer service and satisfaction.
