I have lived and worked in the Seattle area for almost 30 years. The majority of that time has been used to create a variety of manufactured goods from pottery to jewelry and furniture. For the last two decades, the majority of my work has been crafting furniture of all sorts. From hand railings, benches, tables etc… I also will manufacture custom fixtures, table legs, handles, knobs and more. I will also machine various devices, fasteners and fixtures in metal, plastics or wood.

As you will see in the catalog of products, the bulk of work from Two Blue Mules is in metal, but wood or plastics offer unique properties and challenges.

I greatly enjoy meeting with artisans and new clients that have great ideas and the need to collaborate with someone to make their ideas tangible.

I am exceptionally happy with my project and I am already planning on going back to him for a dining room table. His attention to detail is terrific. Thanks Dave!

I have a mid-century modern 18” planter that was missing its original wood base when I got it. David recreated the original design using only photos of the base I had downloaded from the web. The base is a complex cross-stretcher design with lots of curves that have to mate perfectly with the planter’s curving outline. The finished product is a dead-ringer for the original base and fits the planter perfectly. I’m delighted with my experience.
