My Name Kevin Velazquez.

I'm a full time college student with a passion for making mosaics. I began learning the craft of mosaics at age 9 and, being a very kinesthetic person, I instantly gravitated towards the craft. Though I have made numerous pieces over the years, I feel that now is the right time for me to begin a shop where I can be more proactive in selling my artwork and to be challenged by the ideas and requests that customers will have over future artwork.

In the past, I've made mosaics using plaques, serving trays, picture frames, wood-carved letters, vases, and crosses (to name a few). Even though I would like to focus on mosaics of a more "nerdy" nature (i.e Marvel, DC, Star Wars, etc…) I will also be open to hearing other design ideas. If you have a good idea for a mosaic, please let me know.

All the works that I've done over the past decade has been meticulous and methodical. As someone who aims high in his standards, I dislike selling artwork that I'm not personally satisfied with to a customer. Thus, I welcome feedback from customer and insight as to how they view my artwork. I look forward to all of the great ideas out there and I hope to hear from you soon.
