We can deliever furniture pieces from Washington DC and the northern Virginia, western Maryland area for free. For smaller pieces we can ship nationwide using major carriers.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

We will always send the customer several photos of the finished piece before delivery. If there are issues with the piece, we will make corrections or remake the piece (we've never had a problem selling the original piece). If the customer accepts the photos, and the project is shipped, I do not accept returns unless there is damage in the shipping. For unique pieces I may request a non-refundable deposite as I may have trouble selling the piece if the customer cancels after I've started the piece.
