Ribbon Box
This is called a ribbon box because of the manner in which the handle is fashioned. The box is constructed out of ash with wenge and lacewood (leopardwood) with lacewood miter splines. The way the box is made there is a small lip on the case that registers the top to the box, no movement or the top sliding off the case. Box is line in brown felt. A variety of main woods and accent woods are available.

I create heirloom quality custom furniture and gifts. I have completed commissioned pieces for individuals and a military museum. Each piece is created with fine details and craftsmanship.
Each piece of furniture is made of the type of wood that is chosen by the customer. I have designed and created pieces to fit customers' homes and have also created pieces that are made per professional plans. I have created architectural accent pieces at the request of a customer who was renovating a historical home.
Customer will also have the choice of finish and hardware. Any other detail requested by the customer will be discussed prior to beginning the actual project.
