Delivery within 50 miles of Roswell, NM is free of charge. Delivery from 51 - 100 miles from Roswell, NM is $50.00. Delivery from 101 - 200 miles from Roswell, NM is $100.00. 201- 300 miles from Roswell, NM is $200.00. Each additional 100 miles is an increase in delivery charge of $100.00.
I utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS for small and mailable pieces.

Accepted Answer

Custom made pieces are nonrefundable. However, every effort will be made to have a satisfied customer. Photos of progress on the project will be provided to keep the customer involved.
If there are pieces that are needed from the customer to complete a project, these should be sent to me insured and signature requested.  In this manner, a record is created for the customer and myself.
