All placed orders are 50% Deposit, Balance due on Order completed, if for any reason you like to cancel your Order, your Deposit is refunded in Full. If I already purchased specific materials for your Order and I can't use them otherwise or return them to the Vendor, the Purchase price is deducted from your deposit. (To explain, I printed a suite of wedding invites and the nervous Mother wanted to see several custom Mixed Ink proofs to see color variations. As such inks can;t be returned or stocked, they were charged against their deposit, as eventually the Groom to be walked away and the Wedding was off)
