Custom designs are non-refundable. For in stock items: If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its original packaging (buyer to pay shipping), in its original condition(undamaged)within 3 days and we will refund you for the cost of your item.(original shipping costs not reimbursed) Glass By Helen will gladly replace any item damaged in shipment. Should you get such an item please send a photograph of the item and the box it arrived in. Returns and refunds are not allowed on Memorials, Custom Orders and Personalized Plaques. If any of these items are damaged in shipping we will replace at no additional cost after you provide us with a picture of the damaged product and the packaging.
