(Blackner sign) This is a 9.25" x 23" personalized carved wooden sign This sign was made by using a two tone stain finish on a 3/4" solid pine that has been finished with sealer. Each sign will include a saw-tooth hanger on the back to hang on the wall. If you look at our picture, you will notice that each letter is carved giving it a 3D appearance. Each sign is made with premium quality pine. Each sheet of wood is unique and may have knots. The knots and grain may vary from piece to piece. These add to the individuality of the sign and are not considered defects. We finish each sign with an outdoor/indoor finish sealer but we do not suggest putting it outdoors in the direct elements. Another note about each name: Dark letters (Last name) will always be in all capital letters as you see on our display sign. With McNames we will carve with a lower case C for example McDonald would be carved McDONALD If you wish to change this please send me a message. Or in the text field just leave short message and type the last name the exact way you would like it thanks! WELCOME to CallahanCreations LLC! We specialize in wood carved Family Name Sign.
The personalized wood signs measure 9.25 inches x 23 inches.
Each sign is personalized with your family name, sanded, stained, and then sprayed with a high gloss sealer finish. This gives each sign a rustic feel.
PLEASE NOTE
Each sign is made from solid pine and stained using two colors. Each sheet of wood is unique and may have knots. The knots and grain may vary from piece to piece. These add to the individuality of the sign and are not considered defects.
TURN-A-ROUND
Any orders placed will be made in a first come, first serve basis. We will take 3-8 business days to complete the sign and 3-5 business days for shipping-- please keep in mind weekends and holidays.
Please allow 4-10 business days for the sign to be made and an additional 3-6 business days for drop off to the post office. All items are shipped USPS Priority Shipping.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you wish to change the shipping address, please do so at checkout in the shipment details. We only ship using USPS. Sorry, no exceptions.

PICTURES OF COMPLETED SIGNS
Because we do not have the man power and time, (photos and posting them do take a fair amount of time) we Do Not send pictures of the completed signs. We are sorry, as many of you will not see the product if it is shipped elsewhere but maybe the recipient would be gracious enough to take and send a photo for you.
COLORING OF COMPLETED SIGNS
There has been some confusion about the coloring of our signs… We DO NOT paint any of our signs/ lettering. Any coloring you see is done in wood/stain coloring. None of our photos are displayed with paint- Only stain
***Another Note-- Each piece of wood is different in that it takes the stain differently…some wood takes the stain and it comes off a shade darker or a shade lighter then the next piece of wood.
We DO NOT use different colors of stain for each sign. The same colors are used for each sign.
The lighting in photography also plays a part in how the coloring comes off on the sign. The computer monitor settings can also play a part in how the coloring comes off…
there are so many factors for lighting of a picture and we simply cant control them all :) So PLEASE be aware of this note when purchasing-- that it could be a shade lighter or darker!!
