Founded in 1996, we are a very large online ecommerce retailer of more than 7,000 products. We have nearly 1,000 products in stock in our warehouse in Tampa and more than 7,000 products shipped directly from national and international suppliers. I sent a poor quality image to Russ, and he and his team re-constructed the image for laser etching and did a phenomenal job; the detail in the image was all there. Russ's communication was above par and so was his professionalism. I was very happy with the value of the product and the timeliness of shipping. I would recommend Russ to others looking for this similar type of work, and will certainly be using him again in the future.
