50% down 50% upon shipping. All items are "custom made" and can't be returned. We do guarantee the items for 1 year against manufacturing defect. All of our pieces are made of kiln dried reclaimed urban woods. Natural wood has a tendency to continue to move even after being dried so slight defects from this are considered acceptable.
