Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

We deliver to NYC and the surrounding boroughs with a local "white glove" carrier. We also have a UPS LTL Freight account which services the lower 48 and Canada. Pick up by the customer is welcomed. There is a loading dock at our location.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

All of our pieces are made to order. We are happy to provide wood and finish samples at a small fee. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before fabrication begins. The balance is due before ship out or pick up. We encourage customers to visit us beforehand to see other completed projects. Clients are also welcome to stop by to see their work in progress. Email updates and photos are provided for every project.
