Shipping Policy

Small furniture items are easily shipped via UPS. Large items can also be shipped via UPS' freight option. If possible the best option is to pick up your piece personally.

Because the nature of the work that I do is completely custom I require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable. This deposit covers the cost of materials and a portion of my time and other expenses to build your piece. The remaining 50% is due upon your orders completion. If you are dissatisfied with your order the remaining 50% is not due. Returns are not accepted after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or acceptance. You may cancel your order at any time, however the initial 50% deposit is not refundable. I take great pride in my work and have never had a client ask for a refund or return a piece of work that I've completed. I send many progress photos of my work during the build to ensure that I am building precisely what you want. You can rest assured that you will receive exactly what you order.
