If customer wishes to cancel project, Jungle Woodwork LLC will retain any pertaining fees from the 50% deposit paid, to cover expenses such as materials purchased, time and labor, and may bill above and beyond if deposit does not cover fees entirely. If customer would indeed cancel project, Jungle Woodwork LLC compromises to refund customer accordingly for any portion of deposit not used towards any material purchased, time and labor towards the scope of the project.
