I will ship to anywhere in the U.S for the standard shipping that the USPS charges. Shipping will almost always be via USPS, due to the unavailability of other options where I live. I am willing to ship to other countries if requested, but this will require you contacting me ahead of time to make arrangements so that the appropriate shipping charges can be calculated.

I am willing to exchange any item that is defective. If you encounter any kind of workmanship defect in your order within 30 days of receiving, please contact me so that I can make it right.
