All items shall be considered "custom made to order". A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit (item cost only, not including shipping) is required for all custom made pieces and the remaining 50% shall be paid prior to shipping after visual client confirmation either in person or via photos / video. Returns shall be dealt with on a case by case basis.
