40% down payment due before physical work on any project begins. This is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. No refunds or returns are permitted. In the event of a structural failure of a commissioned work all repairs will be free of charge. Any misuse, abuse, or negligent care voids any guarantee of structural integrity.
