Cherry Guitar Stand

$350

Handcrafted from premium domestic Cherry hardwood, this folding guitar stand has a strong, yet elegant look that will complement your guitar's natural appeal, whether on stage, or in the studio. This patent pending hanging-type guitar stand is designed to hold your valued instrument securely from the headstock end of the neck. It provides a 3-point stance that remains stable on an uneven surface. Rare earth magnets assist with holding the stand in either its closed or open position. The stand is handcrafted from only the finest hardwoods and finished with a natural looking hand-rubbed oil finish. All surfaces in contact with your guitar are covered in genuine leather. Please Note: While the photos shown here are a very good representation of the appearance of each species of hardwood used to craft these stands, keep in mind these are natural materials, and there will be some variation in color and grain. All instruments shown in these photos are for illustration purposes only and are not included.

I created Solid Ground Stands to be a family-owned and operated business, with a desire to handcraft only the highest quality portable musical instruments stands, made from only the finest hardwoods available.

My first patent pending design accommodates most acoustic and electric guitars, and I am already working on similar designs for other stringed instruments including banjo, bass guitars (acoustic and electric), mandolins, ukuleles, and fiddles/violins.

Music has always been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. I have played professionally for many years, and now have the joy of seeing some musical talents emerge from my six children. I have also done a fair amount of woodworking in my time including custom furniture and mountain dulcimers. I am really excited to have developed what I believe to be a viable and marketable product related to these interests. It pleases me immensely to be able to combine my love for woodworking with my passion for music. So, I offer these handcrafted stands and hope you enjoy.
