We will accept Returns within 14 Days of original shipping. Buyer pays for return Shipping Refunds are paid for item Only (Not Shipping) minus a possible 15% Restocking Fee through WePay invoicing. Custom Items that have a Specific Emblem, Logo, Design or Name cannot be Refunded once Design is Confirmed and Pre-Paid. We will do the best we can to correct any Crafting Mistakes if Product is not what was Confirmed by both Seller and Buyer before Payment
