I will deliver within a 2 hour drive of St. Louis. Most everything else would be shipped, at cost, by UPS or Common carrier.

I have a clear design process that includes all finishes and hardware selections. After design and contract is approved a significant deposit is required to begin production of a Custom Made item. After production has started a refund of deposit would be very unlikely in case of cancellation. Refunds or returns would be handled with the best customer service.

It's helpful to talk on the phone, as a designer, I am full of questions. That helps to make the project fulfill customers’ objective.

I will usually design something with CAD and send it in 3D image and video image. This is especially helpful if it is a very unique project.
