We currently ship through FedEx and USPS. For most of these shipments tracking numbers are available upon request. Please email us upon receiving a shipment notification. Our Pricing: Currently we have a flat rate of $15 for online orders. We have found this to be the magic number when it comes to our shipping methods. Each additional item is $5. Pick Up Orders: If you are in the Chicago area and would like to Pick Up your order from our studio instead of paying/waiting for shipping please contact us with your preference. Timing: Shipping times vary from item to item. For in Stock items the shipping time is 3-7 business days. Custom and Large orders take 1-2 weeks. Rush Orders: Rush orders are available. Cancellation Period: If you choose to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact at 312-483-7819 or at info@swoonliving.com Returns & Refunds: We currently do not accept any returns on items with the exception of orders damaged during shipping. Contact us at info@swoonliving.com or call 312-483-7819 if you need to get a replacement item or if you are dissatisfied with a product. We do offer exchanges for similar items of comparable monetary value. Returns: If an item arrives broken please contact us right away. We will pay for your return shipping and ship a replacement item to you. We try our absolute best to pack items really well but glass does break occasionally.
