Our Pricing: Currently we have a flat rate of $15 for online orders. We have found this to be the magic number when it comes to our shipping methods. Each additional item is $5. Pick Up Orders: If you are in the Chicago area and would like to Pick Up your order from our studio instead of paying/waiting for shipping please contact us with your preference. Timing: Shipping times vary from item to item. For in Stock items the shipping time is 3-7 business days. Custom and Large orders take 1-2 weeks. Rush Orders: Rush orders are available. We do offer exchanges for similar items of comparable monetary value. Returns: If an item arrives broken please contact us right away.
