If for any reason a refund is requested I only ask for a photo attached to the email request describing the reason and you may keep the remaining product with a full refund. Any sealed unused products may be returned through the same shipping methods and a full refund will be issued once the product is back in stock. Cancellation of a purchase must be notified before shipping for a full refund. Afterward the customer may follow the sealed unused product return policy.
