Personalized Cutting Board, Engraved Cutting Board, Custom Wedding Gift – Cb-Wal-Seaward Family

It wa very easy working with this company. This was a wedding gift sent directly to the new couple so I didn't get to see it but heard from others that it was beautiful. They prepared and delivered it right away and kept me informed of the status of the progress on the gift. They also sent a picture of exactly how the item would look for my approval before beginning work and followed my specifications perfectly. I definitely would use them again.

They were very easy to work with and were extremely efficient and got my item to me faster than I had expected. The only thing I was disappointed with was the quality of the work. The engraving was overall done well, but some of the letters were difficult to read because they were lighter than the others. The wood also didn't look quite like the photos. There are a lot of little marks or imperfections in the wood that took away from the overall look. It was cheap in comparison to other custom paddles I looked at so it was worth what I paid even though it wasn't exacrtly what I expected.

I am happy with the final product. The process didn't happen the way it was explained on the website. (Once you have placed your order you will receive your free proof via Email. We will continue to work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your proof. Once you let us know that you are happy with your proof we will get busy engraving!) I only got an email with a drawing of the product with engraving, stating that the product was finished and would be on it's way. I also was disappointed in the wrapping for shipping. One sheet of wrapping paper and no bubble wrap. The box was slightly crushed when it arrived and the bubble wrap would have helped protect it and prevent it from banging around in the box.
