We are a laser engraving company located in sunny Orange County, California. We are a small team of friends. Between us we have an extensive background in business, art and design. We specialize in wood, glass, ceramic, leather, and many other mediums with an expanding product line.
We are a fairly new company. We opened our "doors" in August of 2015. I decided to review the cutting boards because it seemed like a cool idea and my friend and her husband love to cook. I looked at each board and settled on a type and design. I was able to submit my request online and I was happily surprised by the quick response I received from the manufacturer. I was able to view the initial draft, make changes, and even request more personalized features. The company I worked with was incredibly professional and exceptionally courteous. I was given a proof prior to completing the project to ensure my customer satisfaction and requests were met exactly how I preferred. This was exceptionally helpful given my current location.
