Shipping Policy

All shipping will be done via USPS and UPS. Once you have placed your order you will receive your free proof via messages. Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days and First Class shipping takes 3-5 business days so you will have your order in no time. If you need to have your item shipped over night please send us a message message and inform us to do so. We would need to have payment from you by 1pm PST to reach the cut off time for overnight shipping. International First Class Shipping can take up to 3 weeks. I highly recommend using Priority, which can only take 6-10 business days.

We take great pride in our work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, we guarantee that we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product, we will remake it and ship it out promptly to you. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let us know in advance of accepting a proposal. We accept cancellations and issue full refunds if we have not started or already produced your product.
