We are a laser engraving company located in sunny Orange County, California. We are a small team of friends. Between us we have an extensive background in business, art and design. We specialize in wood, glass, ceramic, leather, and many other mediums with an expanding product line.
We are a fairly new company. We opened our "doors" in August of 2015. The process didn't happen the way it was explained on the website. (Once you have placed your order you will receive your free proof via Email. We will continue to work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your proof. Once you let us know that you are happy with your proof we will get busy engraving!) I only got an email with a drawing of the product with engraving, stating that the product was finished and would be on it's way. I also was disappointed in the wrapping for shipping. One sheet of wrapping paper and no bubble wrap. The box was slightly crushed when it arrived and the bubble wrap would have helped protect it and prevent it from banging around in the box.
