Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all locations in the US and its territories. We provide local delivery and provide shipping through carriers such as FedEx, USPS, UPS and others. We never sacrifice product to save a few dollars on shipping. Please Note: If your package appears bent or marked or crushed upon delivery we encourage you to let your carrier know and then contact us.

I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. IMAGE USE AND OWNERSHIP While you own a piece of artwork created by Walking Pants, you do not own any rights to the image; you have purchased a copy of the image. Only the owner of the copyright is authorized to reproduce the image. All of Walking Pants images are protect by US Copyright laws, and are registered with the US Copyright office. Without prior permission, you cannot copy or reproduce the image for any reason, be it personal, educational, non-profit, or commercial. If you want permission to use or license an image for any reason, please contact us directly for a licensing quote.
