The star and bear walking on grass selections are raised from the background to show more depth in the piece. Hand painted and finished with a protective polyurethane. Outdoor finish is available. I offer custom woodworking, signs, lighting, and furniture made from reclaimed materials, wood, metal, stone and others. I am offering refinishing and repair to furniture as well.
I graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a BFA in Sculpture. I specialized in wood and metal working, along with painting, ceramics and drawing. I then worked at a company as lead artist and mold maker, designing custom garden ornaments, fountains, planters and statues.
