If you don't like the way a project turns out, I'll take time to discuss a solution with you. Refunds If a refund is offered after materials have been purchased, the refund will include the cost for the work minus the cost of materials. Returns Once a custom project is complete, there will be no returns accepted. Cancellation If you change your mind about a project, that's ok. Just let me know before materials are purchased and work begins. If the project is already started, there are no cancellations, but I am committed to working together to figure out a solution for everyone.
