We frequently offer free shipping within the continental US on "catalog" items. Otherwise shipping and handeling costs are determined on a cas by case basis.

Prior to shipment we provide our customers with detailed photographs of their projects and the opportunity to "sign off" on the work prior to payment. Once payment has been made refunds are only made under very special circumstances. Local customers are encouraged to meet face to face with us and approve the work prior to full payment. In some cases a deposit is requested.
