Shipping will be provided to the continental US, primarily via USPS. If I have an item that falls outside of USPS dimensions, I will typically "shop" around for the best price. On a rare occasion, I will entertain shipping outside of the US but all costs would be transferred to buyer.

My goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. There are so many places you can go to purchase a custom piece, but you came to me. I am very grateful for that and I want the item to be perfect. On custom orders I will communicate through all stages of the design and build process to be sure you get exactly what you are looking for. If for some reason it is not what you had hoped for, a return and PARTIAL refund can be arranged. Due to the custom nature of most orders, full refunds cannot be provided. On items that are pre-made and are for sale, returns will be accepted for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
