The Draper Console is designed to be a dining room sideboard or buffet, a kichen side cabinet, or a living room or foyer console. But this unit is so versatile, it could have a place in almost any room of the house. We have seen it used in a bathroom for towel and supplies storage, and it looked amazing! This unit is available in two styles: The standard Draper Console and the Draper Extended Console. Both styles are shown above. The standard Draper Console has a two-door cabinet below, open space for storage and display above. The Draper Extended Console has additional storage/display space between the two lower cabinet doors, and a longer display area above. Both styles of Draper are offered with hard wood tops (walnut or cherry) as the standard option. Either style can be ordered with stainless steel tops for no additional charge, or granite or solid surface tops for an additional charge. All styles of Draper Consoles are available in your choice of finish - almost limitless! Choose a clear-coated metal finish for industrial and rustic decors, or a powder-coated finish to complement any style of decor. Powder-coated finishes can be smooth or rough, gloss or matte, cracked, speckled, flecked, metallic - virtually any color in any variation is possible! As with clear-coated metal, a powder-coated finish is incredibly durable. Knobs and pulls are available in a huge number of styles, materials and colors, and we work with our customers to select the perfect set. Draper Consoles can be further customized with cut-out designs on the side panels. The photos to the left show just a few of the endless possibilities. We cut our panel designs using a precision Waterjet and have custom-cut everything from customers' hand-drawn designs, to family crests, to primitive country designs, to company logos. We can custom-cut a panel with almost any design, then inset the cut with metal mesh or almost any other material or contrasting color. It's not out of line to say, If you can imagine it, we can build it! Draper Consoles are constructed of solid metal (1.5" 16-gauge square steel) with MIG welded joints and seams, and custom Waterjet-cut hinges that won't stretch or sag. The swing-out doors have heavy duty magnetic closures.

ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Gainesboro, the county seat of Jackson County, Tennessee. I've worked in metal fabrication and tooling for 30 years, and have owned my own shop since 2001. Our town has fewer than 1,000 people, and almost everybody knows almost everyone else. So whatever you're building, it had better be good, or you're going to hear about it!
