We ship within the United States of America. We use USPS for smaller items, and UPS for larger items. In very special circumstances, we may personally deliver.

Maker Policy

Project must be paid in full before item is shipped to Buyer. Partial payments can be arranged on certain orders at buyer's request. Project can be cancelled only during the design process. (When proofs are still being reviewed and adjusted.) We will do everything we can to to make sure that you know exactly what you are getting so that you are confident in your purchase. This includes digital proofs and all questions answered to the best of our ability to make sure that you know what you are getting. Once the project has moved on to the production process, we cannot cancel the project. (Design has been approved, materials are being bought and item is being assembled) Any items that are custom made to you cannot be returned as they cannot be resold.
