Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout most of New England and have a special trucking company that delivers throughout the US direct to your home including installation where required. We also ship FEDEX economically throughout the country. Once you select your piece we get you a fixed quote. On shippers throughout the US it is arranged so you pay them directly for delivery at delivery once the piece is accepted. We do not mark these shipping prices up at all.

We require a 10% restocking fee on all cancellations of custom product. However, we accept returns for 30 days after receipt provided you pay the return shipping to our location unless the piece was damaged in delivery i which case we will file a claim with the shipper.
